in the midst of the rising prices at many of our favorite thrift stores, some of you are really great about sneaking in a good deal or two.
such is the case with, chandra.
she emailed me and told me this dress cost her only, $1. hard to believe...but
i always believe you don't a mule and a cow (phrase from my mother) to get an amazing look.
as you can tell, she paired her inexpensive dress with a pair of statement heels and few modest accessories. needful to say, i am totally in love with her style and her blog. as a matter fact she sent me another $1 find some time ago. i will reshare it again very soon.

Wow stunning dress and the price is unreal. I found a vintage dress for 80 cents at a Vintage Bazaar, best price yet.

What a great find. You're right prices have been creeping up at many thrift stores. Glad to see there are still great deals to be found and people with the "stuff" to find them and create such a great look.
