i was in savannah georgia. which is famous for the forrest gump sitting on a bench scene.
this always means i am about to reveal the courtyard makeover i did for a lucky reader and support of the blog on the nate berkus show.

My husband and I visited Savannah twice last year, it such a beautiful place! Forrest Gump is my most favorite movie ever =)

I miss Savannah! The most eclectic people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Lived there for 10 years (went to SCAD too). Pray tell, what part of the city did you do the make over? Historic district? Mid-town? South side? One of the islands? Very excited to see the reveal. Even though they didn't choose my apartment's common area in Chicago :(
