[mixology monday]

i am so thankful for being in new york to work with nate berkus and his team. who are amazing by the way. yesterday was a really great day to be in the city. when i visit with nate, i am stay on the upper west side at the lucerne hotel. when i walked up a few blocks yesterday i ran into the green flea.
i hadn't heard of this open market before. i would attribute this to my last few visits in new york being on weekdays. neverless i was engulfed in its many artisans and resellers of fine and aged goods.
when i walked out, i was wearing mezlans, a vest, some linen pants a vintage tie...the works. however, after realizing how much retail damage i intended to do, i decided to rummage through what little pieces of clothing i carried to change into something a little more appropriate for thrifting.
from my perspective i was bumming it. apparently bumming it is the it look for some new yorkers. they showed me so much love for the thrown together looks. perhaps effortless it such as good as effort.
shirt: polo ralph lauren estate
shoes: chuck taylors
pants: jcrew relaxed jeans
vest: thrifted

I LOVE NY.

Hey Mr. GWH,

Most of the men I've met lately don't dress that nice on a date! Seriously, I'm considering bundling your mixology posts and spamming their inboxes.

I love your sense of style and I'm so glad to see you getting positive attention for it. However, the poor spelling and grammar in your captionss are a blemish on an otherwise wonderful blog site. Please use spell and grammar check so that it doesn't detract from your message.

Anon,

Thanks so much for your comment. Pointing out my grammatical infractions would have been openly welcomed by me, had you not incorrectly spelled "captions". The pluralistic form of caption has only one s.

I know this wasnt intentional on your part. In fact you have just proven to all how easy it is to make a mistake.

If you would like to delete and repost I would certainly understand...seeing how professional you are.

BING.

Bahahah Mr. Goodwill hunting, anon would pass out if they saw my grammar skills. Then again I try not to take crap too seriously. Your writing skills are fine people need to stop sweating the small stuff. It was you who was invited to the Nate show more than once right?

Great response to anon!

In regards to Anon, good manners trump good grammar every time! Publicly insulting someone, especially while hiding as "Anonymous", is never in good taste.
